How scheduling works

Four steps from availability to a confirmed time slot.

    Share your availability

    Select your campaign and tell us when you are available and how many hours you can contribute. Please only submit time you genuinely expect to be able to work.

  2. 2

    Request your preferred slots

    Choose the available time slots you would like to work. Campaign seats are limited, so requesting a slot does not automatically confirm your allocation.

  3. 3

    Receive confirmation

    10x coordinates the schedule and completes any required seat changes with the AI Lab. Your time slot is booked once you receive confirmation.

  4. 4

    Get reminders and updates

    We'll remind you about upcoming confirmed time slots and let you know when an availability update or reconfirmation is needed.

Why accurate availability matters

AI Lab work does not always arrive in a predictable, continuous flow. New tasks may become available in waves, priorities can change, and campaigns often involve teams working across different time zones.

Seat allocation may also require manual processing. Reviewers depend on experts submitting work before they can begin their part of the process. Accurate and up-to-date availability helps us:

  • Allocate scarce campaign seats effectively
  • Keep work moving between experts and reviewers
  • Coordinate handovers across time zones
  • Offer available capacity to another expert when plans change
  • Reduce delays for the entire campaign team

Important to know

Sharing availability or requesting a slot does not guarantee a specific volume of work or billable hours. Work volumes are determined by the AI Lab and may change during the campaign. Only approved allocations are confirmed.
